Airchexx Live! is not new. This concept station began several years ago as an outgrowth of the archives at Airchexx.com. I felt the need for a streaming version of classic airchecks, since this more closely resembles the live radio experience the way we heard it the first time, broadcast live.
For a while last Spring and Summer, I tried to convert this to a Classic Rock station, but there turned out to be little interest. However, we did receive numerous requests to return the streaming airchecks. So here you are!
You never know what you’ll hear!
You might hear an old AM station from the 60s. Maybe an FM active rocker. Could be scoped or unscoped. Clear or some noise. Could be an old Top 40 station or Country. Or an old Soul station. It’s all Over-The-Air broadcasts. And we have THOUSANDS of recordings in rotation! This is the station where all the CLASSIC radio stations have gone! From KFRC San Francisco to WABC New York, Z-100 to Y-100 and everything in between! Give us an hour of your time and we’ll convince you. The BEST radio truly lives HERE!
